e've seen plenty of wacky, wild and weird things happen in the world
of beauty this year, but these three images are the ones that will
continue to haunt my dreams well after 2012 peaces out.
1. The least-flattering lipstick in the history of the universe, as seen on the runway during Madrid Fashion Week. This odd shade of blue made all of the models look dead.
2. Nails so weird they were actually somewhat painful to look at--the "hidden pearl manicure" from the Digeo Binetti spring show. Gahhh!
3. This insanely accomplished--yet extremely unsettling--makeup,
seen during Paris Fashion Week (click here for LOTS more creepiness
from the same show). Not to mention that grody, goopy There's Something
About Mary hair!
