They don’t call ‘em Reebok Classics for nothing. The training shoe
first hit the scene in 1987 and has had various waves of popularity in
the 25 years since it’s launch. Now Reebok is getting ready to release a
new documentary detailing just how this sneaker became a true classic
and they’ve brought along Eve to help.
The Philly rapper was spotted in her hometown showing off some hot
classics in shades from neon pink pair to bright turquoise, and a simple
white pair during a visit to her old classroom days at Martin Luther
King Jr. High School.
Eve walked through her old neighborhood looking fly and even
performed at the Kung Fu Necktie in Philadelphia as she talked about
keeping it street and sexy in the classics. The entire documentary
series will feature more intriguing stories like this from participating
artists and people who influenced them throughout their journey, along
with intimate live performances from each artist.
Eve’s documentary for Reebok Classics and Complex Magazine will be out later this month. We can’t wait to see who’s next!
